Early in the morning we will leave for Kibale Forest NP, that keeps about 10 primate species that include chimpanzees. We shall have various stops for lunch, landscape viewing arriving late afternoon. You will have a community walk and later have dinner, relaxation and overnight at Turaco tree tops.
Meal plan: lunch and Dinner
You will have an early morning breakfast before you set off for the physical activity. The activity begins at 8.00 am with a briefing of the rules for trekking the chimpanzees after which you set off to search for them in the forest. Kibale National Park, boasts the highest number of primate species in the world, including the chimpanzees. Approximately 5,000 chimpanzees live in the wild in Uganda, which makes it a perfect place to spot them! An experienced ranger will take you chimp tracking in the morning. Once you locate the chimpanzees, you will spend an hour with them and then head back to the accommodation for Lunch and relaxation later dinner and overnight at Turaco tree tops.
Arise in the morning for a leisurely breakfast, you will have a nature walk in Bigodi swamp. This gives you the chance to spot many bird species, cultural encounters and many others.

Arise for an early morning breakfast, check out at the lodge then transfer to QENP. We shall have lunch at the lodge there after an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. The channel is 40km long and a converging place for wildlife (that come to drink) during the dry season. It has crocodiles, several water birds and the highest number of hippos. After the cruise, you will return to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.
Overnight: Tembo safari lodge
Wake up for an early morning game drive in the park’s kasenyi plains to spot the big games (lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, hyenas, kobs) and many others. you will head back to the lodge after the game drive for lunch and relaxation. Embark on an evening sundowner as you watch the sun going down in the wilderness. Return back to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.
Overnight: Tembo safari Lodge
After the morning breakfast, we leave for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The road takes us through a beautiful landscape called the “Switzerland of Africa”. We pass mountains, hills and lakes with cultivated terraces and tropical rainforest and bamboo forest.
Overnight: Gorilla Hills eco Lodge
You will report for registration at the Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger station by 8 AM. After a briefing by the rangers, your gorilla trek will start. The trek usually takes between three and six hours; you will require a strong pair of walking boots or shoes. Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla tracking experience in the lush Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Trek through the dense vegetation with experienced guides in search of a gorilla family. Witness these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, observing their behaviors.
You will Enjoy a magical hour spent in the presence of the gorillas, capturing memories that will last a lifetime. After the trek, relax and reflect on your incredible encounter with the gentle giants of Bwindi. A high sense of flexibility is always recommended.
End the day with a celebratory dinner, sharing stories of your gorilla trekking adventure at the lodge.
Overnight: Gorilla Hills eco Lodge
After the morning breakfast, embark on a journey to Entebbe. Have a stopover in Mbarara for lunch then continue. We shall again have another stop at the equator point in kayabwe for photography.
