Terms and Conditions for Reisefreunde Safaris Ltd
Booking and Payment:
– A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before the tour departure date.
– Payments can be made via bank transferor credit card . All bank charges related to the payment are the responsibility of the client.
– Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Prices:
– Prices quoted are in the US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings. You may pay using direct bank transfers to Reisefreunde safaris ltd
– Prices include accommodation, meals, activities, and transportation as specified in the tour itinerary unless stated otherwise.
Bookings:
– All bookings are subject to availability. Reisefreunde Safaris Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at any time.
– Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including names, contact details, and any special requirements.
– Changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees and availability.
Transport:
Transport means to be used id dependent on the number of clients, the type of the itinerary chosen and the route chosen. Options ranging from 4×4 land cruisers with pop up roof tops, tourist vans for game viewing to coaster buses are always available.
Fully trained and experienced driver guides are always available to offer tailored safari experiences.
Liability:
– Reisefreunde Safaris Ltd acts as an agent for various service providers, including accommodations, activities, and transportation. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by these third-party suppliers.
– Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the tour. Reisefreunde Safaris Ltd is not liable for any loss or theft of personal items.
Complaints:
– Any complaints or issues during the tour should be brought to the attention of the tour guide or Reisefreunde Safaris Ltd immediately. We will make every effort to address and resolve the matter promptly.
– Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour completion for proper investigation and resolution.
Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
– Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the tour departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
– Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
-Gorilla permits are 100% non-refundable but can be transferred under normal circumstances.
Reisefreunde safaris Ltd Safaris reserves the right to deduct all expenses incurred from any advance payments made.
